Can I see proof before I order?

We offer our customers a free proof before they decide to purchase and a hassle-free experience. Simply fill out your order details and you can select the "See Design - Pay later" option at checkout.We will send the proof once you submit the order. This will also include the proof approval link, allowing you to pay via credit card or PayPal.If you want to adjust the design, simply reply to the email proof you received. Tell us the change needed, and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.

How should I select imprint colors?

Custom product shopping is all about personal choices. However, it is always advisable to seek wise suggestions for the selection of imprint colors. A light color should not be printed onto a light-colored lanyard, and the same goes for darker shades. The reason is simple - It would be difficult for the user to read the text and understand the design. However, the customer can select the colors as per his preference, and we will manufacture the desired lanyards without asking any questions.

When will my order arrive?

The customer is entitled to select the manufacturing, printing and delivering time on the check out page. Further course of timeline of the processes would depend upon the customer's selection. The order would be delivered within the selected time (business days) by adding the days which have been selected for production and shipping.

What is Standard Production vs. Rush Production?

Standard production times depend on the manufacturer; however, rush production times can be adjusted by the customer. Depending on the urgency of the order, customers may choose between two options. Production and delivery times are guaranteed in the case of rush production, except in situations caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable events. The manufacturer is responsible for expediting production, and if there is a delay, we take appropriate measures to accelerate shipping. Our company takes every possible step to ensure that both rush and normal orders are delivered on time or earlier.

How do I submit artwork?

Artwork can either be premade and uploaded online or can be emailed to us after placing the order. Eventually, the latest option we have incorporated to upload the artwork is Chat Assistance.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
