Simply fill out your order details and you can select the "See Design - Pay later" option at checkout.We will send the proof once you submit the order. This will also include the proof approval link, allowing you to pay via credit card or PayPal.If you want to adjust the design, simply reply to the email proof you received. Tell us the change needed, and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.

How should I select the imprint colors?

Choosing the right color for your imprint is important and up to you. We recommend picking a color that is light and bright so the message or design on your cooler sleeve is easy for everyone to see. Our experts also suggest using color contrasts to make the can cooler sleeve imprint stand out even more. But, of course, the decision is entirely up to you.

When is the order expected to be delivered?

You can choose the production, printing, and delivery times at checkout. The timeline will depend on your choices. Your order will arrive within the selected number of business days based on the production and shipping timelines you chose.

Which option is better: standard production or rush production?

Standard production time means the estimated time to complete a task based on current capacities. In other words, delivering the product takes 10–12 business days. In the case of rush production, the order is guaranteed to be processed and manufactured within the specified period you select. If the time is extended, our professionals in the shipping department will accelerate the process free of cost as compensation for the lost time.

What is the procedure for artwork or design submission?

We provide an online studio where you can design your artwork. Other than that, there is an option to submit your ordered or chosen artwork through a given link or option.

How do I trust the services before ordering?

Before your order is finalized, you can upload, position, and check a preview of the product. If you have placed an order without the design studio option, a digital proof will be sent to your email address for approval. Due to a large volume of customer requests, we only provide previews after the order is placed.

In which format should the artwork be submitted?

The online design studio only accepts PDF, EPS, AI, JPG, PNG and GIF formats. High-resolution artwork should be submitted for better clarity. However, a vector file format such as .ai or .cdr files is highly recommended if you are not using the design studio option. We also accept Photoshop PSD files.

Is copyright material allowed to be submitted?

Our professionals do not have the responsibility to seek permission to produce logos, trademarks, or copyrights. Under any circumstances, the company will not be held responsible for copyright infringement issues by agreeing to print any design for the customer. We are a printing company and print according to the design provided. Hence, it is the responsibility of the customer if any infringement issues arise.

What are the carriers’ approaches for shipping?

We use trusted shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Other than that, for orders less than 100, we use USPS as well.

What is the procedure to place a reorder?

It’s easy to place a reorder. Log in to the website using your credentials. Once logged in to your account, navigate to the order history tab. A history of your previous orders will be displayed in front of you. You can place a reorder by clicking on the small icon that says so.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
