We will send the proof once you submit the order. This will also include the proof approval link, allowing you to pay via credit card or PayPal.

If you want to adjust the design, simply reply to the email proof you received. Tell us the change needed, and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.

The production time for custom lanyards and ID cards depends on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. Typically, production can take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days, plus shipping–we also provide rush delivery, the price of which per quantity can be checked in the ordering page.

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.

If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
