Can I order cloth or neoprene wristbands completely blank, with no printing?
Yes. Blank wristbands are available for events that don't need custom branding, or for teams that want to add their own markings after delivery.
What is the minimum order for cloth or neoprene wristbands?
It depends on the style. Neoprene and elastic bands start at just 1 piece, Breakaway Wristbands start at 10, and other cloth and satin styles range from 20 up to 100 pieces for Sweat Bands and Terry Headbands. Each product page lists its exact minimum.
Can cloth wristbands get wet?
Yes. Polyester satin is lightweight and quick-drying, so cloth wristbands hold up well at water parks, outdoor festivals, and other events where bands might get wet or all day wear is needed. Neoprene is also water-resistant, making it a strong pick for sports and outdoor events.

What is your return or quality policy if there's an issue with my order?
Because every batch is produced to order with your custom design, most sales are final once production begins. If your wristbands arrive damaged or don't match your approved proof, our team will work with you to make it right.

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.
