Yes. We send a free digital proof for your approval before anything goes into production.

How long does it take to receive custom towels?

Turnaround depends on the style and quantity, but most orders ship quickly and rush options are available on many towel styles.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
