Because every order is produced to order with your custom logo, most sales are final once production begins. If your drinkware arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, our team will work with you to make it right.

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.
