“Customer support updated our graphics within a couple of hours from when we uploaded the original file. We approved the order for production a few hours later and off it went to production. The timing for production was just as advertised, but the shipping date was pushed back 2 days because of a tsunami - but the wristbands showed up on the date we expected them, just in time for the big event!
